IEAnalytics is in Uttarakhand, India completing an impact analysis and research study into the effect of accent on students’ ability to increase their capacity to acquire fluency in English.

Working with The Walking School Bus (TWSB), an international organization that has operations in Uganda (UNHCR) and India, our team is providing valuable analysis that will aid TWSB in allocating resources where they can have the greatest impact in the communities of Suyalgarh, Aarohi, and Chopra, Uttarakhand.

The study will bench-mark a student’s Word Count per Minute (WCPM) prior to beginning a reading-while-listening regimen with a post-study WCPM to determine whether listening to a culturally relevant accent increases the ability to acquire fluency.
